Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. The 30-day period begins once your product has been delivered. This policy applies to both defective and non-defective products. Authentic Pizza Ovens offer a 14 Day return.


Non-Defective Product Returns & Exchanges


For items that are not defective:
Condition: Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns (Refunds): Outright returns will incur a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs.
Exchanges: You may exchange a product within the 30-day window. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with both the return and the shipment of the new item.


Defective Product Returns & Exchanges (Damages)


Inspection: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) immediately upon delivery. If you notice damage, you must notate it when signing for delivery and take pictures of the box and SKU.
Reporting: Photos and a brief description of the damage must be sent to support@themodernmanor.com within 24 hours of arrival.
Resolution: We guarantee a fully functional product. If an item is defective, we will process an insurance claim and provide a replacement or resolution without extra expense to you.


Cancellations & Refunds


Cancellations: If you cancel an order before it leaves the warehouse, you will receive a full refund.
Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. All sales are final for custom units as they are built specifically to your specifications.

Shipping & Delivery

Timeline: Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-7 business days.
Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error.


General Terms


BOGO Promotions: Both items must be returned for a full refund. If one is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit for that item’s individual value.
Chargebacks: Our team is here to help. Please contact us to resolve issues together. Any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft.
