This dynamic bronze sculpture captures Mercury, the swift-footed messenger of the Roman gods, in a moment of graceful motion embodying speed, eloquence, and divine power.

Cast using the traditional lost-wax method, the piece measures 75 inches high, 28 inches long, and 39 inches wide. Exceptional detail defines Mercury's winged sandals (talaria), distinctive winged helmet (petasos), caduceus staff entwined with serpents, and athletic physique that embodies divine swiftness. The hand-applied patina finish develops rich character over time and resists weathering, while the 160-pound weight ensures stable display in formal gardens, courtyard entrances, or grand interior spaces.

The sculpture represents communication, commerce, travel, and swift intelligence. It resonates with collectors honoring classical mythology and Roman heritage, corporate leaders celebrating commerce symbolism, and designers curating spaces that honor eloquence and the enduring legacy of Western culture.

Premium lost-wax casting delivers museum-quality mythological detail and anatomical precision, investment-grade bronze construction ensures generational durability with minimal maintenance, hand-applied patina finish adds authentic coloring and classical beauty, dynamic mid-stride pose conveys movement and divine energy, weather-resistant materials suit outdoor placement, and commanding scale complements luxury estates, formal gardens, corporate headquarters, financial institutions, communication companies, university campuses, museums, and libraries.

Ideal for luxury estate gardens and formal landscapes, corporate headquarters and financial institutions, communication companies and commercial spaces, university campuses and museums, libraries and architectural installations, and as a meaningful gift for collectors of classical mythology, Roman heritage art, or commerce symbolism.

Metropolitan Galleries crafts each bronze mythological sculpture with meticulous attention to classical detail, divine symbolism, and lasting quality, ensuring every piece becomes a cherished focal point of artisan heritage and Roman legacy.

This sculpture brings the timeless power of classical mythology to any environment, destined to be treasured for generations.
